Aims and Objectives of Payaam

  • To provide services for the destitute and neglected children including (Education, Health, Protection, Re-creation, Care, Welfare, Skills, Jobs).
  • Adopt measures for elimination of social evils and destructive traditions thus creating tolerance in the society and bringing a positive behavioral change by launching awareness campaigns through mass media.

Plan of Action:

PAYAAM SEYHUT:
It aims at Striving for Equal participation, Youth Immersion, Health and Utilitarian Trends. The fundamental target of this program is to strengthen the Family unit, inculcate the concept of positive mental health and to incorporate critical thinking and cognitive maturity in the youth of the country. PAYAAM SEHYUT is currently running these programs:
  1. Free Medical and Health Awareness Camps
  2. Free Counseling Sessions and Growth Groups
  3. Stress Clinics
  4. Career Counseling 
The long-term goal is for far-reaching social transformation leading to the elimination of poverty, crimes and disease Insha'ALLAH.
PAYAAM MUSTAQBIL:
It stands for Making the Underprivileged Skilled, Targeting A Qualified, Better and Improved Lifestyle. With one eye on the future, PAYAAM MUSTAQBIL aims to create leadership and technical skills in our future and present generations which would help Pakistan both in the short-term and the long-term. PAYAAM’s aim is to establish Skill Development and Non-Formal Educational Centers across the nation where income generating skills and basic education would be imparted to the underprivileged free of cost with special emphasis on character-building of the students.
PAYAAM RAHATAIN:
It strives for Reaching for Accessibility, promoting Humanitarian Attitudes targeting Inclusiveness. For disabled, PAYAAM offers hope, freedom, self-reliance and mobility. 
PAYAAM'S PASSION FOR PAKISTAN:
Through this project, Payaam is inspiring our youth by conducting sporting activities for fitness, fun and self-discovery. 
PAYAAM-E-UMEED TEAM (Disaster Relief Management)
PAYAAM is also developing strategies to deal with national crises and calamities like (God Forbid earthquakes, or floods). The extensive network of PAYAAM members enable us to efficiently distribute food packages, clothing, medicines, beddings, etc. nationwide.
To spread happiness on occasions like Eid and National days, we distribute food items, clothes, toys, books, stationary, and other gifts amongst children in the hospitals, jails, and deprived communities. 

What is Payaam?

PAYAAM is a Persian term meaning “Message”. PAYAAM has been founded and conceived by Basit Subhani, a well-known media personality and social activist. 
PAYAAM is a welfare trust with scores of young volunteers who have selflessly devoted themselves for serving the ailing humanity. 

VISION: 
Payaam’s vision is to see a prosperous Pakistan where everyone enjoys same rights and privileges

PHILOSOPHY:
We are striving for an environment which leads towards national cohesion without prejudice to any regional, ethnic, cultural or religious values aiming at universal peace & tranquility, religious harmony & tolerance; vow to fight all forms of terrorism with aplomb, commitment and national duty and see emergence of Pakistan as the most respectable nation into the comity of nations Insha'ALLAH!
